The Strawberry Solution We Didn’t See Coming | The InSight Out Show | Ep. 193

Some discoveries make perfect sense. Others sound like someone lost a dare in a lab. This one starts with strawberries, squid shells, and pomegranate peels and somehow ends with fruit that lasts twice as long.

Researchers created an edible coating that helps strawberries stay fresh longer without changing how they look, smell, or taste. It’s strange, creative, and surprisingly practical. But maybe that’s the bigger point. What do we miss when we dismiss something too quickly just because it sounds unusual?

Scripture (NIV): Isaiah 55:8 – “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord.
