The Stroller That Drives Itself (And What That Says About Us) | The InSight Out Show | Ep. 194

For $3,300, a new self-driving stroller will navigate the sidewalk without anyone holding the handle — complete with smart braking and a "Find My Baby" feature for when the stroller gets away from you. It's being marketed as convenience. It raises a harder question.

Deuteronomy 6 describes parenting as something done in motion — walking along the road, sitting at home, lying down and getting up. The command to impress God's word on children isn't a scheduled activity. It's a posture. This episode looks at what happens when that posture gets outsourced.

Scripture (NIV): Deuteronomy 6:6-7 — "These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up."
